UPDATE - Hurricane force Winds toss Traffic Camera's off their axis

Here we can see pictures from the same camera. The first this afternoon, before the high winds and the second just around 11PM. From the looks of things, the high wins spun the New Orleans Traffic camera off its' mount to give us a different view of the tornado ravaged New Orleans, right around Clearview and I10









Now the Same camera just after midnight local time. Notice how it has swung around completely
